I received my first Camera at age 7 in the form of a Huckleberry Hound play Photo Kit. It consisted of a cardboard box camera with pieces of film I put in one at a time to capture my unknowingly at the time, precious photos. I can't quite remember what became of that camera. I do know that it was the start of my desire to take photos. I took photos with just about every camera I could get my hands on.
I received a Minolta SRT-101 35mm for my 18th birthday. At that time I was into shooting 35 mm slides. I took many photos as I drove from the east coast to the west coast with that camera.
My career path took me in another direction away from my inner desire to continue to follow photography on a full time basis.
In my early forties, as I returned to pursue my love for photography along came the age of the digital camera. I had one of the first digital cameras available. I have kept upgrading equipment since. Presently I use a Nikon D300 with various lenses.
